MAP/PARKING

HCID Parking Facility is located at 350.4 Dutton Street. This is a 24 hour pay station lot with 900 spaces. Regular parking rates apply on normal business hours. This parking lot is also used as a special events parking.

License Plate Recognition (LPR) technology is used at this facility. License plates will be identified when entering the garage and when it is time to leave the garage, simply enter your license plate number into the Pay on Foot (PoF) kiosk to pay, then return to your car and the gate will raise when your license is read on the way out.

Monthly parking is available at the same rate as all City Garages.

The John Street Parking Garage is located at 75 John Street, in the heart of Lowell's Central Business District. This garage meets the demands of Middlesex Community College, the refurbished Boott Mills complex, as well as the surrounding downtown businesses.

The Leo Roy Market Street Parking Garage is located at 100 Market Street (0.4 mi). Please use the 100 Market Street address in your favorite internet mapping site to get the best directions to this garage. This garage is downtown Lowell, within a very short distance from the event location and will be charging a special event rate of $10 Friday night and Saturday.

The Lower Locks Parking Garage is located at 90 Warren Street, on the eastern fringe of Lowell's Central Business District. The garage, which was built in 1985, services the needs of the UMass Lowell Inn and Conference Center, Middlesex Community College, the Lowell Memorial Auditorium and the surrounding community.
