Lowell has multiple parking facilities within walking distance of WinterFest. The closest facilities are Leo A. Roy Parking Garage (Market Street) and Joseph M. Downes Parking Garage (John Street). there will be dedicated handicap spots along the enterprise bank fence on merrimack street.
no parking will be allowed on middle, palmer, and shattuck streets beginning on 10 AM on Friday, February 21, 2025 through saturday evening.
